Basic Warranty Coverage, Terms and Conditions:

Subject to the following terms and conditions, TEMSA warrants that any of the “Basic Warranty Items” of the new vehicle manufactured by TEMSA shall be free from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and provided that correct maintenance has been carried out.

Any of The Basic Warranty Items covered by New Vehicle Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge by any TEMSA Authorized Servicing Dealer.

TEMSA vehicle and parts are designed and manufactured to meet high quality and safety standards. Only Genuine TEMSA Parts should be used when carrying out any repairs, to ensure that our machine maintains and meets these high standards. TEMSA distributor/dealers keep an adequate stock of parts in order to be able to meet the needs of warranty as well as routine services.
